It means SAP has put Data Assure through rigorous technical validation testing and said, “Yes, this solution meets our highest standards.” That’s a meaningful distinction for our customers and partners.

Q: How long has RELISH been working toward this, and what did the process look like?

A: It’s been a journey, like a long par-5. The SAP endorsement process involves deep technical review, security assessments, integration validation across SAP Ariba, BTP, and S/4HANA, and demonstrated real-world customer outcomes. We had to demonstrate that Data Assure performs at the level SAP’s customers expect. When you’re embedded in financial workflows for companies like Best Buy, PayPal, Sony, and Freeport-McMoRan, the bar is already high. SAP just made it official.

Q: For SAP customers who aren’t familiar with Data Assure, give us the elevator pitch, or in your case, maybe the golf cart ride.

A: Ha, I’ll keep it to a nine-hole version. Supplier data is the foundation of every financial workflow. Q: What does the SAP Endorsed designation specifically mean for SAP customers?

A: It’s a trust signal that removes a lot of friction. SAP has already done the vetting. The Endorsed App badge means: this solution is tested, it integrates cleanly, and it’s ready for enterprise deployment. For SAP Ariba, BTP, and S/4HANA environments specifically, that’s a huge accelerant.

A: Golf analogy time: if SAP endorsement is the Masters invitation, where does Relish go from here, is this the back nine or are you just teeing off?

A: We’re on the first tee of a very long course. This milestone validates everything we’ve built, but the roadmap ahead is genuinely exciting. Supplier fraud is getting more sophisticated. AI-generated invoices, synthetic vendor identities, account takeover schemes, the threat landscape is evolving fast. We’re building Data Assure to stay ahead of it, and doing so in the SAP ecosystem with endorsed status means we’re doing it at scale, for the organizations that need it most. This is a big win, but we’re playing for the trophy, not just the round.

Q: Any final words for SAP partners and customers reading this?

A: Just this, supplier data quality isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the difference between a clean financial operation and a costly mistake.
