Relish Solutions Are Now Eligible for Procurement Across Commonwealth Agencies

Cleveland, OH — April 28, 2026 — Relish a leading provider of AI-powered data validation and payment security solutions, today announced it has been approved by the Pennsylvania Treasury Department as a Qualified Account Validation Services (AVS) Provider. The designation makes RELISH eligible to participate in competitive procurements for electronic payment security services across all Pennsylvania Commonwealth agencies, departments, boards, and commissions.

The approval follows the successful completion of Pennsylvania Treasury’s Rolling Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process by Relish, through which the Commonwealth evaluates vendors capable of implementing and maintaining AVS payment security procedures consistent with national financial industry standards. Under Act 54 of 2022, all Commonwealth entities for which the Pennsylvania Treasurer makes payment disbursements are required to procure AVS services from the Treasury’s qualified provider list.
