As we rapidly expand our product capabilities into Agentic AI workflows, we are overhauling our infrastructure to support our next massive phase of growth securely and efficiently.

The role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical/Functional Lead to join our dynamic team. This role bridges technical and functional expertise to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of the Relish solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Source Pay technologies such as Coupa, SAP Ariba or Workday, hands-on technical expertise, and strong leadership skills. You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and scalable solutions to meet business needs.

Technical Skills:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices.
  • Proposed best practices and fit to standard solution to meet clean core objective of business transformation
  • Ability to identified potential risks and develop mitigation plan to overcome those risks

Technical Knowledge:

  • API Restfull and SOAP service’s knowledge experience.
  • Knowledge and Experience with integration using RESTful APIs or SOAP Services
  • Experience with integration middleware such as BTP Cockpit or similar Experience in Ariba, Coupa, SAP S4 or Workday

Functional Skills:

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and business stakeholders.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on aspects of Source to Pay process, including Supplier onboarding, Invoicing and API integrations.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise between business users, customers, and technical teams to align development eOorts with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customer success and support teams to resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance.
  • Conduct regular status updates, demos, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

Project and Team Management:

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure proactive mitigation.
  • Foster a collaborative, agile development environment and promote continuous improvement.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within SaaS environments.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS architectures, including multi-tenancy, cloud services, and microservices.
  • Experience with API design, integration, and management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Salary offering: $40-$45k  Base Salary

This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Relish may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  The final salary for this position will be determined in Relish’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Relish’s business and other operational considerations.
